at 140 lbs, I'll go with Roger by stoppage. They both were fast and had good power, but I think Roger's straight right hand would eventually get Zab out of there. Roger was a better ring general. I think he would set Judah up and take him out with the right hand. It would probably happen in the middle rounds.
I pick Mayweather, I think there is a strong possibility that Zab Judah does that thing where he falls apart mentally and stands around not throwing punches for the second half of the fight. When he does that the right hand will find it's home on his chin for a knockout in 9.
