Foreman is possibly a horrific matchup for Holy. Holy, while being very elusive at his peak, would simply not be able to stay away from him. Foreman was just too good at cutting the ring off and thus Holyfield would only have two options when cornered. Either stand and trade with Foreman (which no one was EVER able to do and succeed), or tie George up and resume beating him to the punch (which George was vulnerable to). Given Holyfield's previous history of being unable to avoid brawling as well as his physical strength compared to Foreman I would say the chances of him being able to implement a Muhammad Ali ish strategy is unlikely.
One of the things that Ali had over Foreman was superior physical strength. Foreman was a bull and no doubt punched harder, but in terms of functional actual physical strength, few are stronger than Muhammad Ali and that includes Holyfield. This strength allowed him to be able to easily tie Big George up and keep his head down, resulting in him tiring. Holyfield wouldn't be able to do that to Foreman (in my opinion).

Holyfield has the durability and heart needed to do it, but I see him biting the dust more often than not. Probably within 6.

Not really. Lennox finally tried to cut off Holyfield in their rematch, in the seventh round, once and for all, to go for it. The only reason he, Lennox, didn't fall from that mistake was because Holyfield held him up.. same as he did Foreman.

When push came to shove, Holyfield walked Bowe (245), Lewis (245) and Foreman (245) around the ring. Never mind Tyson.
