Where would you rank Frank among the top 5 heavies in Eurpean history?

    Tua would smash Frank late.

Bruno s sledgehammer jab works at keeping Tua safe for a while but give it 9 or so rounds ,and Tua starts hitting Frank so often he's bound to be stopped.

The Bruno of the first Tyson fight could well outpoint the overrated Tua.
Bruno's chin wasn't as bad as being made out on here, he took some huge shots from Tyson in that fight and was stopped on his feet.
Bruno's jab would cause Tua problems as would the right hand, the question is would Frank gas and be caught in the 2nd half or late and of course this is a real possibility.
I think I'd edge towards a late Tua stoppage but it certainly wouldn't surprise me if Bruno took this on points.

Fighter with history of late stoppages vs fighter with history of getting stopped late.

Stylistically though, Bruno had similar attributes to Rahman, and would present similar problems.

A Bruno decision wouldn't be out of the question, but the easy pick is Tua by late stoppage.

I have not done a European HW list...and really have no interest in doing one right now. But off the top of my head I doubt he would appear on a top 5 list....maybe not top 10??? But like I said I have not given much thought to it. I never really liked him all that much...I just think this is a 50/50 type fight, and if Bruno fights smart I think he takes a decision...if he gets careless Tua stops him.

I am backing Frank Bruno to just see out the decision here. He would be blowing out of his backside in the last 2-3 rounds as he was vs McCall, but I think he has enough in his locker to see the decision over the line.

Of course with Tua's power if he connected against Frank there would be no coming back from him. But Frank had a lot of power himself and hurt everyone he faced even in his losses, and he is not the kind of guy that Tua would be able to just load up on like he did against lesser opposition. With the correct gameplan and good concentration Frank sees this one out.

But he was significantly shorter without remarkable jab.Otherwise Bruno showed a decent jab
and Tua showed a fat very overweight body against Lewis.Considering these important experience
i prefer Bruno not to mention his McCall win.

I don't think there was any myth about Bruno.
With him it was about levels
He was protected and marketed and lost when he then fought at elite level.
3 of his 5 loses were against prime or fairly prime ATG's.His Bonecrusher loss was partially due to inexperience. Losing to prime Witherspoon was no disgrace either. Against McCall he found his level and won . I also think Bruno was past his own prime by that point.
Prime Bruno could drop Tua early for me.
    Frank could hit.
It's all about levels and Tua for me falls about right for Prime Frank.

Bruno has the physical tools (size, strength, power, etc.) to beat Tua.
Bruno even had the boxing skills to beat Tua, because it didn't take much.

Tua would knock him out though, certainly.

This. I could see Bruno jabbing and tying Tua up most of the fight to win a decision. Tua relied too much on throwing individual punches instead of combinations. Punch volume and pressure is what beats Bruno.

    Tua by KO

He can take Frank's best, but Frank can't take his. Also, Frank didn't have the foot movement to make him elusive enough to trouble Tua.

Lewis only came into his prime after Steward ironed out his flaws and Tyson was only great under Rooney.

Bruno would probably build up a lead but he'd run out of steam in the second half of the fight and get KO'd.
