    Freddie by KO3. Roger, even in his prime, -- and I hate to throw this term around -- had a glass muh****in chin. And Freddie would take a few to land one.

    Freddy by come from behind Ko. I just think Freddy is a lot tougher than Roger ever was.

    I would expect for the bout to be a similar match up to like Glen Johnson vs Roy Jones sorta look to the fight.

    wasnt roger a 2 time world champ? he must have been a pretty good fighter to get the nickname "mexican assassin" considering that mexican fighters are some of toughest around.

    cmon, they fought a different level of opposition.


    Roger wasn't a world beater, but he was a really good fighter.

    He also had tremendous power in his prime at 135/140. And was a better boxer than Freddie. And Freddie wasn't unstoppable himself.

    Roach was a gutsy fighter with a lot of heart, and wasn't at all bad - he just wasn't on Mamba's level. He probably didn't have the one-punch power to score the KO, either.
