Braddock lost fights when he was in his prime, and he lost them to second raters in many cases. He also never faced modern heavies like Foreman and Lyle.Louis boxed to orders against Braddock,he wanted to go for the finish earlier but Blackburn told him to be patient.Foreman would be blasting from the get go, not patiently jabbing looking for openings.

I didn't compare him to Peralta for durability you did, albeit indirectly.

i think Braddock survives the first round..i think he gets a couple good shots in. Which does not knock Foreman down.. But merely frustrates Foreman as it interferes with Foremans plan to take him out early. I think second round more of the same Foreman trying to corner Braddock. But Braddock manages to elude for a minute or to. Every time Foreman gets him to where he wants him. Braddock sneaks in a couple cutie pie shots..Which George is surprised at the sting..He had been told Braddocks had weak hand But you can run you cant hide its a matter of time i dont think Braddock makes past the 6th round
