    wrong
Prime Young was a very slick and awkward fighter to fight
I do think he would do very well in the 80s

Most people who vote against Tyson look at his later career and judge him by that when he clearly wasn't the same fighter.(not even close) But that's what people do, your one of them. It was nice conversing with you, even though the verbal spanking I gave you was rather easy.

  5. you must be joking:rofl the only who should run is tyson from foreman!!!:rofl:rofl you forgot that foreman is bigger, stronger, he had better chin, more heart and harder puncher. foreman would push back tyson and he would knock down tyson again and again

No he wouldn't. He got sparked by Gerry Cooney, who was an 80's heavy and wasn't even close best category at all and he also loss to Tony Tucker. Jimmy Young was good in the 70's but I can think of like 5 80's that would of beat him.

Sparked? Have you even seen that fight before? Young got stopped by cuts but did hit Cooney with some good shots and even went to the body and stunned cooney a little bit( granted Cooney did pretty much win all the rounds)
And I hope you realize that Young was 3 years past his best when he got beat by Cooney, a 75-77 Young would've beat Cooney
I see Young losing to the 80-82 Holmes and Tyson. Anyone else Young pretty much beats.

Douglas was bigger, strong, longer and more athletic. Compared to heavys in 70's he fought, he was more athletic, but not compared to the 80's.

  11. every person who did vote against tyson are people who know the history of boxing and the styles of boxing, just fanboys like you did vote tyson. and your points are absurd..
a guy who said " tyson was harder puncher than foreman and shavers"

"buster douglas was better than foreman"
    "ruddock would beat george foreman"
"donovan ruddock was harder puncher than joe louis and foreman" obviously you are ridiculous and you know nothing about boxing. you are nothing but a tyson fanboy

I seemed to have logged onto a different site. I'm looking for the english site of ESB. ?? Where the hell did it go??

anyway, for what it's worth I picked George, but he'd have to survive the early onslaught of Tyson and that would be no easy task. But I think he would and I think he'd push him into his range, much like he did Frazier and simply start wailing away. The one problem Tyson had was he didn't have much of an inside fighting game. Mid-range he was awesome, but not inside and that would allow Foreman to create space and possibly use his upper cut to hurt Tyson. But it's almost a pick 'em fight as far as I'm concerned.

Thomas would dominate him like he did Withersppon(another talented heavy in the 80's) and than Knocked him out.

Tucker would do the same but a prime one beats him worse and than knocks him out.

Tubbs would give him a boxing lesson and was also faster than him(tghat's pretty impressive for a big man) Let's not forget a shot tubbs outboxed riddick bowe.

Witherspoon would do the same to him that Thomas would do, simply because he was better

Green was too tough for young and more durable.

    Spinks would beat youngs ass.

And a young Tyrell biggs would also beat him.

Oh yea and Douglas beats him too.

  14. :lol::lol:

Douglas was a more skill, athletic fighter than Foreman. That's a fact, all you gotta do is watch them both fight. And I never said Rudduck was better than Joe Louis, I said he was a harder hitter, and he was.
