Heaven fantasy match up. At 168. Both aren't too hard to hit. I think GGG has the better chin, arguably similar punching power. I think GGG stops Beterbiev to the body. Thoughts?
Beterbiev couldn't make 168, he's a big LHW. If they fought at 175, Beterbiev would brutalize and stop GGG.
Beterbiev is naturally much heavier. GGG was 170-173lbs during his fights when Beterbiev had to turn around 190.
Like the others mentioned, Beterbiev wouldn't make 168 and would be too powerful for Golvovkin at 175.
One thing i think we all learned this last year is Golovkin is really a natural middleweight, it takes alot of work with weights in order for him to be a legit supermiddle, which seemed to slow him down. His body doesn't really carry that weight well. The only way you can put these two together is a pfp type fight, if they were actually the same size in their prime. That being said, it would be a fight for the ages. I would give the edge to GGG because of his chin and high level of proven skills. A.B.'s chin isnt as good a GGG'S so thats one advantage. To be honest, i wouldnt know who to pick because AB is very affective with those short fast and powerful little flurries, and he always goes for the kill, and that might be the type of style and fighter it would take to actually stop someone with level of chin as GGG.
