Who would you take in a matchup between GGG at his best vs. the current Bivol at 168 lbs.

We never really saw GGG at 168 at his prime. So who knows. That said if Golovkin carries all his attributes up I fancy him to win. Mainly for the reason that his footwork is so good and that he will be able to make Bivol work and exchange. He managed to catch the slippery 160 guys with little effort. That said we may not have even seen the best from Bivol yet, who is for sure an exceptional boxer.

That's way too much Eurasian heat for one ring to contain

Never saw GGG getting outboxed. His toughest fight was the 2nd Canelo fight where he was getting pressed a bit with intelligent and responsible pressure.

With that said, he never fought a pure boxer as skilled as Bivol as a pro…. But I’d still favor GGG. *if he carries his attributes up to 168, as was mentioned above*

Ask me again after the Bivol v Beterbiev fight.

Right now I'd lean Bivol, but it's fine margins, GGG was in decline even in the 1st Canelo fight

There ya go fixed it for ya. I know you meant to say Canelo because he's an expert at ducking opponents he's scared of. Ive never seen GGG EVER duck a fight. Canelo popped dirty to avoid GGG don't forget plus handed back the 160 he stole because he was SCURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
