At least as well as Canelo. Saunders straight up said that Golovkin would beat him, and kudos to him for admitting something like that.
No, but I think GGG beats them all. While the achievements from Canelo at 168~175 looks impressive on paper accomplishment wise, context wise it really isn't that impressive. Let's just assume his power stays the same, even though it would probably increase a bit with weight. We'll also assume his chin is exactly the same as Canelo, even though I believe GGG's is better Kovalev - KO. this version of kovalev is just so... yeah. probably knocks him out quicker than canelo did, those arm punches from kovalev would earn 0 respect from GGG and GGG would have found kovalev's chin earlier Plant - Championship rounds KO or UD Smith - UD Yildrim - Early KO Saunders - UD Fielding - KO Not even biased or anything, its just that none can knock out GGG and the only super beast in Kovalev partied with the 8 million payday the night prior and had a hangover and just woke up from an hour nap while the UFC was going on
All beat lil g. he doesnt carry his power or chin to 168 or 175, theres a reason he stayed down there
Yeah thats Rolls and still even mediocres like Plant and Saunders are levels better than him. I do think a 168 GGG dominates most if not the entire lot at 168 as shown when he edged out a prime Jaccobs but thats as far as we can realistically speculate. GGG could beat the Kovalev that Canelo fought, but considering Kovalev is huge and even this past it version did better against Averoids than anyone at Super Middleweight, i dont know, even if he was pittypattying. It would be no suprise if the juiced up stocky LHW Canelo just walked through Golovkin and battered him for 10 or 12 rounds.
It's cute you think this means anything. The most this means, is that Canelo's best 'win' is pretty much a fraud. And a fraud who beat him twice, at that.
Most likey undefeated though he may struggle more with kovalev and smith I think he does a rosado to plant and saunders
