Great fight. I would die to see it. A prime Naz that fought Tom Johnson and Steve Robinson would probably win by late TKO or UD. I could easily see pac winning in the same fashion though. I dont think naz fought anyone with Pac's speed but in his prime he had good speed himself and a world class chin.

A good thread, real interesting........wow if only this fight could happen, what a fight that would be.

I personally would go for a Naz ko, but i am talking about a Naz who actually trains for a fight.

Good matchup. In terms of legacy Pac is light years ahead of Naz. Its a no brainer. Naz has a woeful legacy for someone of his ability. He should have challenged the best there was after losing to MAB but instead he "retired", which tarnishes his legacy big time for me.

In terms of H2H this one is alot closer. Naz is up with Julian Jackson for being one of the hardest punchers of my lifetime and thats gonna give him at least half a chance against anyone H2H. Problem is Naz had too many fatal flaws in his style and came unstuck against elite opposition. I think Pac takes a UD but Naz can end this at any stage if he detonates one or two of those short bombs.

Hamed at his best was as good as anyone ive seen fight over the years, and would be difficult to land quality punches on at his best....he was lightning quick on the counter and packed a good shot.....I'd have to go with him by TKO.......what an irritating ***** he was tho...the ****er:D

Some people have obviously never seen many hamed fights, do they not realise how fast a PRIME hamed was.

He was also hard to hit in his PRIME:patsch

Also he has got to be one of the hardest p4p punchers in history

I also read a post when some one said pac can hit with angles, well hamed could find a knock out punch from any angle going foprwards, backwards or going sideways ffs :patsch

Remember this poll said prime vs prime, not the hamed that fought barrera or calvo :huh

He wasnt even at his best when he ko'd kevin kelly :bbb seriously he cleaned out his division and gets badly underated on here!!!!! :deal

i see hamed getting his ass beat by JMM. Pac and hamed could be a toss up. Hamed hits really hard and slow diaz connected a few times

I remember Hamed getting floored by nice guy Kevin Kelley, I was with a bunch of buddies in flushing, NY (where I lived and where Kelley is well known) we were laughing at Hamed because Kelley was a lovable character who had that fight had Naz hadnt been given a standing 8.

All the news papers in NY was hyping Naz as the next coming of Tyson, he ****in taunted Kelley, got under his nerves. Kevin was a heavy underdog in this fight even as a Native new yorker.

Whats my point?? Kelley was a nice (and funny) guy who can punch a little and he almost ended Hamed. Kelley is in My ATG list (All Time Good List) and hamed had problems with him.

Kelly, teh second best fighter Naz fought and he was knocked down 3 times and you dare mention him fighting any elites?? I dont care what style, JMM, Erik, MAB, PAC, JJones, Espinosa (whom he avoided like the plague) will shred his ****in scrawny ass.

Pac wouldn't let Hamed get away with those hands down antics. Sure he'd have to chase him down but he does have some very quick hands and is very resilient.

Hamed may have "cleaned up" in some people's eyes (as in he became a WBO champ and cleared up the domestics), but he'd never fought a Barrera or Morales. And when I found out he was gonna fight Kevin Kelley I knew he was finally going to have a decent fight - a proper test. And he certainly had that even though Kelley was not the fighter he was.

As for the Barrera fight, I think most of Britain enjoyed that fight. Barrera didn't put up with his **** and the last 6 rounds were all him. I think after that Naz knew he was out of his depth with the current champions, and without doubt if he'd fought Morales he would have got thrashed again. Prime or no prime when it came to the big boys he was out of his depth. IMO
