hamed sure wasn't prime when he fought barrera but that changes nothing about THIS fight. styles make fights. mayweather's style is damn tough to beat at 130. naz doesn't have the tools to take him at that, or any weight.

Yes he does deserve it,more than anyone in fact.He was a classless lout and bigmouth that spent as much energy humiliating knowingly inferior opponents and in over the top self indulgent ring entrances as he did actually throwing punches.When Barrera owned him and slammed his head into the turnbuckle,I was laughing my ass off and shouting,"Ye reap what ye sow."That may have been the single funniest thing I have ever seen in boxing.Only later when I heard Marco say to him,"Who's your daddy now?",was I laughing even harder.If,as the saying goes,Hamed couldn't stand the heat,he should have stayed out of the kitchen.

I give hamed a punchers chance/his akward style would give mayweather some thinking
to do but mayweather was at his best at 130..

But to those who sight the barrera fight as a blueprint..yes barrera was dominant
and took hamed apart but the fact is hamed was no were near his best!
The guy didn't even train properly..that's no excuse but had he been with the ingles
I rekon named would have beaten barrera!

i love prince flying halfway cross the ring to break people jaw but i think mayweather defence is too good for that and he counter is superb
he dosent take a barerra beat down but he loses but then again a prime floyd kod most the people he stood infront off at that time

 

always thought anglo didnt know **** about boxing. this is a fantastic thread in which he gets owned pretty harshly. i heard he cried after he was schooled in this thread.
