Here we go, as soon as there is a Hatton thread, Betty Swollocks pops up having a go. You got that chip off your shoulder yet??

Hatton has been slow and soft headed in his last 6-7 fights. He took way too much abuse in the ring via head shots and didn't take care of himself outside of it.

Hatton got arrogant and he paid for it. He is going to end up like Roach if he isn't careful.

He hasnt been prime for a long time, a lot of his prime was wasted fighting nobodies in the MEN Arena.

His prime ended atleast 2-3 years ago.

Hatton does them all at 140, still one of the top dogs right now.

most of the familiar names that hatton beat were all well past their best days. In the words of Freddie Roach "Hatton was'nt really that good". Massively overrated but a very likeable fighter. Most people tend to forget that the quality of opponents u beat does mean something.

Pacquiao still beats him, Prime Hatton/Bradley is an interesting match though...

The current Bradley would give ANY version of Hatton a tough fight.

No, he's past his prime. Hatton's lifestyle away from the ring contributed to his prime being short. Ricky can say what he likes in defense of his drinking & eating habits away from the ring, but the fact is, its not healthy, let alone for a boxer! Do you see Bernard Hopkins piling on 42lbs between fights?

Maybe I'm doing Ricky a bit of an injustice here, but we will see where he's really at when he returns. Then again, we might not be able to draw any conclusions from a fight with JMM, because Marquez is past it.

Hatton has always been overrated. Maybe a B fighter in his prime.

I think Most of the fighters mentioned beat Hatton. I dont even want to get into it since the Britts seem to be over this forum and it would be pointless.

Hattons best win was agaist Tsyu at home with one of his refs. That will be all...
