Larry Holmes beats Frazier over 15 give-and-take rds......... Holmes does everything Ali did to Frazier in the rematch of 1974........ Holmes was not as fast as Ali, but he was a little physically stronger than Ali.......

Larrys lucky because his huge weakness(the right hand) would not be a factor in this fight. However, Larry had other issues. He loved to try an brawl his way out of trouble when hurt, a big no no to do agaisnt a frazier, and larry had trouble with left hooks to his soft midsection...Frazier was pure hell against boxers. Ali of FOTC was still a better fighter than holmes was, and frazier clearly beat him over 15....I like frazier to break holmes down and stop him around 13 or 14. Jimmy Ellis another stylist like holmes got hammered by joe frazier. I do not think Holmes would beat the best of the swarmers.

Frazier works the body well in an active fight with some healthy exchanges..I see Frazier having fun and getting stronger as the fight progresses and stops Holmes in about the 13th

Holmes got hell in a handbag from guys like Norton and Weaver. Frazier was better and more ferocious in his attack than either of them. If he couldn't keep those guys off of him, what makes you think he's just going to "smack around" Frazier?
