prime Holmes vs Vitali

There are a lot of deluded people out there.

Holmes was 10 times the fighter that sick of **** is and blockhead's reach, size and **** artist style would not overtake a man who had pretty much every facet of his game down pat. This thread should be ****in banned.

 

Larry Holmes either wins a lopsided decision or stops Vitali late. A prime Holmes is too skilled and too smart to lose to a strong but limited fighter like Vitali. Towards the end of the fight Vitali will be shipping a lot of punishment. Holmes is also one of the most spiteful fighters I have ever seen and I mean that in a good way. :good

****, I went with Holmes by decision, but I forgot about the cuts. Very possible Larry's quick jab cuts Vitaly up. Prime Holmes could move a jab so well that I think Vitaly would be looking for Larry all night long. The jab would be the deciding factor.

Larry w/ decision. Larry would fire that jab right in his face like a hammer all night. Vitali's only downfall i see is when he mixes it up he throws his punches in the awkward Euro style where the hands widen out, head leans back like hes scared...its hard to describe. I think Larry would catch him pretty solid.
Saying V would KO Larry is a bit of a stretch, if Norton didnt do it with some of the shots he was landing in the 15th I dont think Vitali would do it.

 

Vitali couldn't even beat Cooney, so Holmes is definitely out of the question.

Holmes, by late round stoppage with VKlit cut up and swollen up. Holmes, is quicker, faster, better jab and more pop in his punches and Vklit wouldn't hurt Holmes at all. Holmes TKO 11 rounds!

 

I think after a good fight Holmes would of beat him.

Holmes destroyed ATG's Leon Spinks and Tex Cobb, I doubt Vitali could pose much of a threat.

I see a cut but Holmes will pay for his bravado..Vitali's not a wimp like Cooney and Holmes will frustrate himself against such an un-orthodox fighter-maybe 10 round TKO for the immortal one.
Vitali beat the hell out of Lewis with one eyeball hanging out.
