Any of the below I think would have a CHANCE. Sam Peter Jameel McCline David Haye Chris Byrd Ruslan Chagaev Tony Thompson If Holy can almost lose against a 5'5 DMQ then he can lose against any of the above. I would still put my money on Holy, but to dismiss anyone on Wlad's resume as not having a CHANCE then that is foolish. This is Heavyweight Boxing and a few of these guys can really bang.
You're kidding right? Have you seen Holy's resume? I'm talking prime Holy, not over the hill Holy that fought Lewis and lost to Toney, etc.
Ppl talking **** about inside fighting don't realise The klitschko bros have invented a style that makes inside fighting useless
Of course. I can't see any fighter that started their career a Cruiserweight or below could beat Wladimir Klitschko let alone a prime Wladimir Klitschko. I can not see that happening. This guy is a monster...there's divisions in boxing for a reason. I'd pick Wlad over Holyfield and his whole Biogenesis lab.
Holyfield by knockout within about 8 rounds. Holyfield would not let Wlad hold, he certainly would have a remedy for that, and everything else Wlad does. Wlad is robotic, he has only one way. Holyfeld would break him down.
How would Holy prevent Wlad from holding? Would he outmuscle Wlad? Would he land combinations when he is out of range and Wlad can tag him?
I don't know has Wlad ever faced a counter puncher like Holy ? Yes his jab is dangerous but so was LL's and look how well Holyfield counter his jab ..
Holyfield out-muscled Bowe and Mike Tyson.Wlad couldn't tie up Sanders, if he tries his holding , he's getting punished...Wlad doesn't have the output to compete with somebody as avtive as Evander...Wlad gone by 7 rounds...
Wlad didn't know how to clinch properly when he fought Sanders. Wlad is extremely active - he has the record for most jabs in a round for a heavyweight. How is Holy going to get inside when Wlad is throwing jab after jab and then starts dropping right hands?
He misses with more than half of those jabs. He throws out two max with good technique , after that he just sticks his arm out..Too many mistakes. Holy would butcher him ...40 fights and he didn't know how to clinch? Go back and watch more closley...Doesn't matter a **** how well you can clinch if your oppoent is strong enough to break thru. Sanders was. Holy was....
Right like Holyfield had a remedy for Lewis holding, and Lewis wasn't even trying to hold him. Just the size of Lewis had Holyfield in trouble every time Lewis leaned on him. You guys are spouting so much BS of how Holyfield would do this or that and none of the facts add up. This entire thread is hilarious.
