Lets put one of Wlads best wins into perspective. The Nigerian Nobody. There was a hypejob like him in the super middleweight division called Jeff Lacy. Both were flat footed , slow motion type fighters with nothing but wild uncoordinated hooks to their game. Both went up against the division's best and in Lacys case ,he was embarrassed in a 12 to nothing shutout by Calzaghe. For Peters it was a different story altogether. Instead of Wlad being his annihilator, which he should of been , given his size, reach and power advantage ,he ended up on his push bike running in fear for multiple rounds after being pancaked by a slow as **** , sloppy hook. If Wlad was half as good as his fanboys claim , he would of schooled Peter unmerciful, after all he was a former sparring partner and Wlad knew everything he brought to the table. Let me go one step further. Total bum Robert Helenius managed to put Peter out for the count in just one attempt and didn't require rematch like Wlad did. Peters wouldn't of even been a journeyman in Holys era. The fact that he was a world champ in Wlads says it all.
Lol...You have to be kidding me. Sam Peter was a beast when Wlad fought him in '05. He was a very powerful puncher with a great chin. His footwork and technique were terrible, but he was very hungry as he was undefeated. You don't see heavyweights that have that type of raw power and chin too often. Sam Peter is a contender in any era with those attributes. DV, you are seriously undervaluing Sam Peter.
His power is overrated and he couldn't fight past 4 rounds. Chambers said Povetkin hit harder. What elite fighter did Peters ever knock out?.....There was a far better, harder hitting version of Peter in the 90's early 2000's called Tua and he never came close to winning a title... Peter was useless and would get absolutely clowned by Holyfield.
Holyfield would have no chance against Vitali or Vlad. Either one of them would have knocked Holyfield out...............
Let's see.....................you hate the Klitschkos, Golovkin, Adamek, Boytsov, Ustinov, Pulev, Kovalev, uhhhhhhhhhh, do I see a pattern here???????????
Is this racist piece of **** seriously trying to suggest that someone else hates white fighters in a pathetic attempt to justify or deflect from the obvious fact that he hates black fighters simply because they're black? Nice try, dickhead, but we're sticking to the subject of your disgusting racist agenda and no amount of finger pointing will do anything to justify it.
Cormega, I think it's time you took your pills! Farmboxer liking a fighter who happens to be white [and an ATG] does not make him racist!
You're (incorrectly) assuming that him liking a white fighter is the basis for me calling him a racist piece of **** and you should probably just STFU because you don't have the slightest clue what you're talking about. I like plenty of white fighters myself.
Sam Peter also needed a gift decision to get a win over a morbidly obese, shot, 5ft 9, 40-year-old middleweight. Says it all really.
That "morbidly obese, shot, 5ft 9, 40-year-old middleweight" knocked out Evander. Wladimir Klitschko would never be knocked out by James Toney even if he was 51 and JT was in his prime.
I don't think Wlad would lose to any heavyweights in the past era if it was on his terms. My reason being they are all 6ft 2 or 3. An on Wlads terms he's all most impossible to beat because he keeps his distance and has an amazing jab. An then when you get him on the inside, he holds you and the ref breaks and then he repeats the process. I do think he would lose to some of today's heavyweights and past though if it wasn't for the refs stopping everybody that gets on the inside because he'd get knocked out with his glass chin.
I think Riddick Bowe has a chance. Hear me out. Riddick and Wlad are almost identical in stature. He's not keeping Bowe on the end of his jab without having to give up something in return. Once inside, if Riddick gets off ONE shot on Wlad, there will be trouble. One thing we know about Wlad is that he doesn't react very well to being punched directly in the face. (His holding Haye for 15 Seconds in the 12th is good evidence of that) He could very well KO Bowe, but Bowe could just as easily make it a hellish night for Wlad if and when he gets inside.
I'm just concerned for Bowe's defense. You HAVE to have some type of defense against Wladimir Klitschko.
