Meldonium, even when it was legal, doesn't give anybody "beast powers". It's not a steroid.

Wilder could fight Parker, Wlad, AJ, Fury, Takam etc etc ... but he's too busy fighting the Wawrzyk's of the world to notice the chorus of laughter from behind him.

It was never legal anywhere outside the Eastern Bloc and improves cardio vascular performance. Pedman was obviously on a myriad of poppers.
And why? Because he had a fight with Wilder coming up. Guess he didn't believe Wilder was the bum he's made out to be on here.

    Yes, it was legal.

It was only banned in January 2016.

    More specifically:

"Since 1 January 2016, it has been on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) list of substances banned from use by athletes.[2] However, there are debates over its use as an athletic performance enhancer. Some athletes are known to have been using it before it was banned.[3] It is currently unscheduled in the US."

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meldonium

but the article goes on to say:

"Don Catlin, a long-time anti-doping expert and the scientific director of the Banned Substances Control Group (BSCG) said “There’s really no evidence that there’s any performance enhancement from meldonium - Zero percent.”[4]"

It's been legal and around since 1970.

It doesn't give you "beast powers" :buenrollo:

Its been on the watch list since 2014. That puts it in the yellow zone meaning take at your own risk. A massive amount of athletes have been found using the stuff so it obviously improves performance.
