You've nailed it, I recently watched some of Razor's earlier fights and he did use a decent jab. Later on he was on a power trip to land the bomb. Toney can't handle this at all and gets knocked out

 

Ruddock would catch him with an absolutely monstrous shot in the mid rounds and brutally KO him.

 

Ruddock stops him in the 5 or 6 rounds.

 

Toney- he'd be sipping on milk shakes in his corner making jokes about how lame his cartoonish uppercut is.
It'd be funny to watch how oafish Razor would look throwing it.
