How well would Jack Dempsey perform against the following boxers (also at their peak):
    • Nino Valdes
    • Bob Satterfield
    • Rex Layne
    • Harry Matthews
    • Bob Baker
    • Archie Moore

He beats them all except maybe Archie

I think Harry would be a good fight. He's quick and tough and Dempsey liked that style of boxer for sparring because they frustrated him. Panama and Greb and such.

Only Moore would be problem since he is tricky but Dempsey KO him in round 6.

The rest are easy prey for Manassa Mauler, he'll knock them all inside 3 rounds.

Dempsey has too much speed and power for these guys. He might suffer a knockdown here or there but he will win all of these.

I think Jack Dempsey beats all of the fighters named by the OP.

Dempsey wins all by KO but would struggle against Archie Moore and perhaps even taste the canvas. If Dempsey isn't careful, Satterfield may also send him to the deck.

None but Moore were even close to Jack's league. Hell, I bet Jack could have taken Layne in the 1950's when he was helping out with him.

Dempsey/Moore could have been Moore/Durelle on steroids (to borrow a phrase) with Jack winning at the end of the day.
