I still want to see GGG against a couple of top mws. But if i had to choose, i would say GGG by very late ko. Jt would look great the first half of the fight, pumping his jab and letting go of his blazing combinations along with having a full tank of gas. But as the fight wears on and he begins to tire and GGG continues to put on smart and economical pressure, i can see JT eventually succumbing.
Doubtful. GGGs jab is one of the best in current boxing. I'd say he wins a jabbing match. I do see a fight with Golovkin having to keep it fairly tight early and gradually cranking up the pressure tho. Jermain had a stack of talent but just wasn't as disciplined or technically skilled. Jermains speed would force GGG to fight cautiously early, but unless Taylor was able to finish it early (extremely unlikely) it's gotta be GGG down the line. Stilll, a fight I woulda loved to see - Froch-Taylor was an epic IMO and whilst it would be a very different fight (I think Jermaine would be badly affected by Golovkins pressure) it'd have the potential for something special (I'm thinking GGG - Stevens, if Stevens had had twice the natural talent - and a jab).
I agree prime JT has a great chance to beat Golovkin, but no fukkin way is it "easy". Golovkin has seen JT-like jabs in the ams.
