Prime JMM vs Mayweather @ 130

Id say Marquez is a level below the best at 130 based on what he done there.

Not many people I pick over Mayweather at 130...pretty much nobody to tell you the truth..Doesnt really change for this match. But Marquez goes the rounds and takes a few on the way.

Pretty clear cut 8-4 kind of decision for PBF.

 

If you think his 2-1 record at the weight puts him over greats like Kid Chocolate, Alexis Arguello, Azumah Nelson, Flash Elorde, Johnny Dundee, Floyd, Sandy Saddler, hell even Brian Mitchell..then you need to lay off the Glenn Fiddich my friend.

JMM has always been hittable and to add to it, Mayweather holds the edge in terms of styles. I think Mayweather would win by late stoppage.

Its funny when I think 130 I think Floyd by easy UD.

But when I think 135, Im feeling JMM by wide UD.

A guy's resume in a specific division really makes you generalize thats how good that fighter is in that division.

Thats funny cause I was thinking about the same thing at work. I think Floyd would be too much. This was where he was really at his best to me. Speed, power, reflexes, he would box but really hurt his opponents.

 

You have to realize how completely illogical that is, though.
