You must be ****ing blind, Fraizer had an hell of a chin. Haye would never survive a fight like the thrilla in manila. Fraizer had MUCH better skills than Haye. That's the thing about todays heavyweights they have NO SKILL. Haye is just a clubfighter who weights over 200lbs THAT's it. Just because he's a modern heavyweights doesn't mean he's a good boxer, guys like Haye, Ibragimov, Peter, Brock, etc would be C level boxers in the late 60's and 70's.

All Haye does is throw haymakers, that's it. He has little skill, little defense, and a poor chin, Fraizer would beat Haye easily.

As a matter fact most heavyweights today are nothing special, most of them are poor boxers, when you have boxers like Shannon Briggs winning a belt, that tells you the lack of talent in the heavyweight division.

You may be right, but the guy that Briggs beat put on a hell of a show when he beat Lamon Brewster. What a fight that was! If we could get some more matchups like that I'd be much happier with HW boxing. Unfortunately we still get offerred utter dreck like Valuev - Ruiz. :barf

    First, the facts:

Haye is 28 and has boxed from 189-217 (been over 200 just four times).

When Frazier was 28, he had boxed from 197 -217 (over 200 23 times.)

Post-28 Frazier 'filled out' at 229.

Frazier's chin was solid. The only man to ever knock him down was probably the sport's hardest hitter ever, George Foreman.

    Now the opinion:

Frazier would annihilate Haye. He would be all over him from the opening bell. I can't see Haye lasting four.

Wlad and Vitali are the only ones that could beat him. Im not impressed with a Valuev who struggles with a 46 year old holyfeld.

And people actually think David Haye could KO Joe Fraizer?:rofl:rofl Because he took 5 rounds to take an old ass Barret out of there?

Size has nothing to do with it.

Joe is 10x's better than the guys that have already stopped the Klit Bros.

The Klits LEAN STRAIGHT BACK....if that isn't bad enought they stand with their feet TOO FAR APART...that severely limits their defensive options:yep

    Frazier..unlike today's smaller heavies...knew how to BOB & WEAVER his way inside:deal

Joe would be inside so fast they would lean straight back into Frazier's wheel-house.

Frazier weighed between 210 and 215 in his prime, and weighed as high as 226-228 at some points.

It's alright being tall, but if you want to box a smaller man from the outside you have to have the mobility to stop him getting in your chest. With the dubious exception of Wladimir Klitschko, nobody in today's division has that.

Only person to have a remote chance would be Vitali IMO.

Many will say about Wlads height advantage over Frazier, but Joe can use that to his advantage here by using his bobbing and weaving to get under Wlads jab and unleash the left hook...it' all over for Wlad after that.

Everyone else gets guaranteed KO'd (except maybe Valuev and Toney).

I like Haye but the guy who said this would be a competetive fight is smoking something!!!

What does his physique have to do with anything? In terms of his height/weight, he's not that much bigger than Frazier in terms of the latter, and his height, he's not going to be able to box off the back foot and keep Frazier at bay. Plus he's got a shaky chin, and his over-hand right - his best punch by far - is useless against Frazier.

'Smokin' Joe would get inside and land that left hook and Haye would be on the canvas inside that 1st free minute's, whether he gets up or not I don't know. But I'm certain he would get KO'd.
