    No one would touch Roys chin in the weight classes you mentioned let alone KO him. He was unstoppable in his prime.

    Your not getting the point. Froch is the current no 1 Super Middleweight in the world. He has done so being randomly drug tested around 8 times a year- and not yet failed one test.

    Jones, even with all the different US committee's that don't do random testing, still has a failed test- meaning he was a drug cheat. Capishe? Jones of the 90's without drugs, would've have had the same athleticism, power, speed, reflexes, strength, stamina. And so what if he was more talented than Froch- if talent was the only factor in a fight Froch would have at least dozen loses on his resume. Amir Khan would be unbeaten.

    A clean Jones gets rendered unconscious by Froch in a similar manner to how he was knocked out by feather fisted journey man Glen Johnson a decade back. :deal

    A clean Roy Jones. Yes. Froch finds that glass chin at some point and puts him to sleep.

    Antonio Margarito looked unstoppable in the first Cotto fight when he was cheating...in his next fight when he was caught....not so much.

    My God ... prime Roy was a different beast entirely. He would make them all look like slow plodders. James Toney was leagues better than these guys if inconsistent at times and Jones clowned him. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, joking or not, but Froch would look like a slow caveman next to Roy. Way worse than the Ward fight, because Roy carried hurt in his fists in his prime. And yes, Hopkins is superior to all those fighters as a young man, as is James Toney.

    Explain. Calzaghe completely ruined Jones- even if Roy was on peds or not- even though Joe's hands where ruined and he was well past his prime.

    the MEN at 160, 168 & 175 would be dismantled by Prime Roy Jones Jr .

    If that what you mean , then I definitely agree with you .

    Don't see anyone today who can beat Roy , not even Ward as skillfull as he is would come close .

    A clean Roy Jones. Get that part 'clean'.

    Even though you used an example of a fight Froch clearly won, Jones wouldn't spend all the time running like Dirrell did and holding, and just try and use his athleticism to keep Froch and bay. He'd be caught on that hideous mandible.

    A clean Roy Jones is not due to his glass chin. If he spent his career fighting clean, he'd have similar success to Amir Khan.

    Yes but prime Roy was a PED cheat. If he wasn't that chin would be much easier to find.

    Yet he couldn't put Joe away...him or the other 16 Yanks. Do you have nightmares about Joe? Who managed his success while neing randomly PED tested throughout his career?

    Is this thread a joke?. Id put my house on jones beating ggg,froch, kovolev, taylor, all on the same night. Go ask froch who he thinks is the greatest fighter ever. Yup its jones. I put my money on a prime jones beating anybody from 154 up to 175 in the history of boxing nevermind the midfleweights of today . And im 100% on that.

    The only fighter i see jones having trouble with is spinks at lh thats it. And even then id bet jones.
