I'm off the opinion that Jones, without the PEDS would have had little more success than Amir Khan. Another silver medalist, with good talent, but a major Achilles heel of having no chin. NONE.

No, PEDS increase your speed and athleticism. If you are a tomato can to begin with like Richard Hall no matter how many PEDs you are probably not going to achieve much.

If those PEDs didn't help Jones very little, and he could get the job done without them- why bother taking them? Why do some fighters insist on other taking the test? Get real.

A clean Roy Jones i.e not on PEDs. Yes, I admit, the Super Human PED user proably would beat these guys.

But we are talking about Jones in a fair fight here.

So, do the PEDs help you take a punch? If Roy, who dominated in the Olympics with supposedly strict testing, had been roiding his whole career why didn't he get caught until the Hall fight? And if PEDs work like people on this board assume, wouldn't Hall have won that fight? Truth is, more proof has been given to show that Jones had took something you could buy over the counter.

Kessler is a terrific fighter. The only fighter to beat Froch who's not scared of a drug test, and thus likely the only fighter to beat Froch in a fair fight.

Kessler likely himself has only been beat in a fair fight between the best (Calzaghe) and one of the top 5 (Froch) 168lbers of all time.

I want you to also imagine Jones in his prime- but fighting clean- think of a slightly better version of the one that fought Glen Johnson. :good

Actually it was Ward who turned down the rematch by pricing himself out. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/boxing/4943541/Andre-Ward-tells-Carl-Froch-50m-London-superfight-fine-for-me.html

That is $83m he's asking for.

Ward did not want to come to a country he knows has a much stricter drug testing policy than the Californian State Athletic Commission. :deal

Liceman. You are a Broner fan. Your input is irrelevant.

Audley Harrison won the Olympics lar-de-dar.

And who knows if PEDs help you take a punch. I doubt they've ever tried punching in the face before and after taking a PED. Many people thought Amir Khan and Manny Pacquiao was on the 'Ariza Shakes'. Khan took bombs from Maidana and stayed standing and didn't go down under Roach/ Ariza until his final fight with Garcia, but was drug tested before that as it was agreed on for the Peterson fight that was cancelled. Pacquaio hardly flinched fighting bigger guys until Ariza left then he was KO'd by Marquez. So you could use that as evidence that maybe they do help you take a shot, if Khan and Pacquiao are guilty.

Put it this way, they definitely help you if you wanted to avoid taking punches on a glass chin anyway.

Starting to wonder it you realize drug tests are given after every fight and a **** test is as good as a blood test. But it looks like you think that only Americans are PED users. One thing I'll credit Americans fans with is that they don't just blindly love a fighter because they are of the same nationality.

Everyone knows that a drug testy after a fight is completely useless and every idiot knows how to avoid getting caught by it.

In the UK the British Boxing Board of Control implement year round random drug test where the board can come to your house- even if you don't have a fight scheduled- and drug test you- if you fail- you are suspended. Most boxer say they are tested between 7 to 10 times a year. Simple.

There is nothing like that in any of the Americans athletic commissions, hence why prime Jones was a stay at home fighter and Ward doesn't want to leave Oakland. :deal
