Once again another poster who can't read.

At no point have I said that Froch would beat the version of Jones that was the Superman in 90's.

I'm talking about a Jones Jr who wasn't on PEDs and suddenly his physical limitations was much lower. Ward has clearly followed in Jones' footsteps with his unwillingness to take the test or step outside the borders of the Californian state athletic commissions slack attitude toward drug testing.

Same here, I've been up half the night.

    Bloody sciatica.

Bad Blood was ok, but not as good as thought it was going to be.

I nearly fell asleep for the main event.

Eubank Jnr just thought he could give away half of the fight, because he was so certain he could have got the KO.

I've currently just read some posts where he apparently told Ronnie Davies to stop talking?

    I don't remember that.

    That's disgraceful if it's true.

I like Mitchell Smith, but I think he was trying too hard to put a crowd pleasing performance in.

But all in all, it wasn't too bad.

Regarding Roy facing big punches, I'd have to give that some thought. Although it would be pretty pointless, because we know he didn't face many.

So when, IYO, did Jones stop juicing? He had 6 fights after Richard Hall and not only looked dominant but made history by winning a heavyweight title. You keep referencing the Jones Jr that was 35 years old and who dropped 20lbs as the Jones who was no longer juicing. Why did he still look so dominant for 3 years and 6 fights after the Hall fight! And again, do you really think that an over the counter product is going to turn an average fighter into a monster? You really think Ripped Fuel is more of a stimulant than cocaine?

Let's be honest. Jones has cemented is place in boxing history. He will be known and talked about long after Calzaghes name is forgotten. There was a reason the boxing world demanded more from Jones. He was a greater fighter by a huge margin. Very few middleweights are demanded to move up to HW to show their skills. Jones was an exception. In a day and age where people try to criticize the records of guys like Mayweather, Pac, and Jones, it's laughable that people try to build the career and legacy of Calzaghe as anything special. The man did nothing that stood out his whole career and has some of the most horrible hometown stoppage wins I've ever witnessed.

I've been sleeping badly for months. Under a ridiculous amount of stress at the moment. Mum's in poor health all the time, health issues of my own, leaking roof and a whole heap more stuff on top of all that. And my patience with this site is at an all time low. Most of the time I ignore 90% of the crap on here but I'll usually reply to posts that address me directly. Now I can't even be bothered to do that a lot of the time anymore. I just don't have the energy.

Bad Blood was a bit of an anti-climax. Saunders-Eubank was OK but the rest of the bill was meh.

Eubank Jr. is a truly horrible little **** (the C word). I've heard many different people who are involved in the sport say the same (fellow fighters and trainers etc). It's not just an act he puts on for the cameras he's like that all the time. He's extremely disrespectful about people who are only trying to help him. He's fast becoming a Naz level type **** (C word again). The way he spoke to and about Ronnie Davies was despicable. He disrespected him during the pre-fight presser by saying he was merely a vaseline man and he was very rude to him during the fight when he tried to give him some much needed good advice too. He told him to stop talking. It was during the interval between the 10th and 11th round. Go check it out on Youtube.

I only saw a little bit of the Mitchell Smith fight. My concentration is pretty poor at the moment what with all the stress I'm under. I've seen him a few times before and he does look like he's a pretty decent prospect though. :good

JasonHensley - to add to that, heavyweight talk started for Jones in 1995.

    Serge,

I'm truly sorry to hear about your Mum's health. I hope she's ok, and I hope you can get through your problems.

We all know what this site's like.

But I come on to give my brain a work out and to pass the time.

I'd rather argue with Bailey about the same subjects over and over, than watch I'm a celebrity with my girlfriend.

You've just to got to use this site as a distraction and not take things too seriously.

Or just troll the sh*t out of someone.

I think his behaviour is disgusting.

I'm going to watch that clip.

I can't believe he did that.

Ronnie should have walked out after the fight.

    I'm glad he lost.

Yeah, he looks a decent prospect. I think he talks good too, I've seen a few interviews.

I hope things work out for you and your family.

Try and take care of yourself.

Ripped Fuel was Jones' excuse, like Brandon Rios excuse was he peed in a dirty glass after the Pacquiao fight- THEY ARE LIES.

He tested positive for testosterone precursor androstenedione. He is a drug cheat.

So what if people will talk about him after Calzaghe? It Jones fans who have nightmares about what happened when the two mate in the squared circle and it Jones' fans who have to put up with the fact their hero needed to cheat.

And those hometown stoppages? Just look what became of Lacy and Jones after Joe put them through 12 rounds- those guys was done a favor.

As it was pointed out to you in the other thread that was far from a steroid but then again you think a PED or something that is used to burn fat will give you enhanced hand speed

Your still mad that Joe will always be in Jones shadow that's why you try to discredit him at every turn ..Listen we know Joe is special,in your eyes but no one else is buying what your selling .:hi:

Thanks a lot. I appreciate it.

It's a cesspool and the mods need to sort it out.

Same here. I can assure you if this place was a big club in the real world were all us members went to hang out and discuss boxing I wouldn't have lasted very long at all.

    lol

I don't actually like arguing, period. Be it in the real world or cyber space. Even when I win a debate and make someone look stupid I often feel sorry for them afterwards.

I don't mind people who troll if it's not done in a really spiteful and malicious way. A lot of the time is like that though. The Internet really brings the ugly side out in people. There are some seriously fucked up nasty little cunts on here and other forums I browse or have been a member of.

I can't understand how he has any fans there's nothing to like about him at all. I'm glad he lost too but my blood lust won't be sated until I see him lying face down on the canvas.

Thanks, I genuinely do appreciate it.

    You too. :good

I know you think Jones only took a supplement he bought in a supermarket, that gave him no advantages WHATSOEVER for the MONSTER himself Richard Hall and only did it once in his career but nobody is buying what you're selling.

    Here, watch a horror movie:

Roy didn't lose to those guys due to age. Roy was finished the minute he decided to move back down to LHW after the Ruiz fight. Cutting that much weight late in your career is not a good idea. How about some intellectual honesty on your part?

Truth be told, Jones has never held a legitimate title in the whole of his professional boxing career...
