That's a good list, since it's supposed to be in his prime.

Not including fights at 168 of course, Jones fought Sosa, McCallum, Griffin (x2), Hill (177), Del Valle, Grant, Frazier, Johnson between 1995 and 1999.

Telesco, Hall and Harding were all in 2000.

Roy Jones got caught one time by taking something that you can purchase in convenient stores and was only banned by one sanctioning body, yet you are trying to make it out like he's a steroid abuser. Why didn't any drug test he took in any of his previous fights come up positive? Also amusing that you think something you can buy legally over the counter will turn you into superman yet act like cocaine can do nothing for you. Sad.

And, again, when did Roy stop "juicing?" You point to the Johnson fight as a non roided, near prime Roy. That was years after the Hall fight. 3 years and 6 fights after Hall, Jones was still dominating and making history. If you were a fan of his, you could see he was on a decline physically but was still able to do something no other former middleweight will accomplish for quite some time, if ever again. It's funny that in a sport where 30 years old is looked at as past prime, that people make out like a 35 year old Jones who dropped 20lbs was even close to his prime. Or that him getting "caught" 3 years earlier and then losing after 6 dominant performances shows that when he stopped "juicing" he stopped winning.

And Hall was 10 times over. Roy was at a huge disadvantage. Amazing that Jones was able to survive.

Jones and Hall tested positive for androstenedione. Hall was 10x over the limit, Jones 5x.

It is unlikely ripped fuel can put you that much over, but not impossible.

Jones also did pre fight testing for his next two fights which did not test positive.

    Serge,

    :good

    It has gone down hill.

But with your intelligence and knowledge, I'd have assumed that you'd have spent all of your time on the classic section?

    Ha!

Things would be very different if we all met up and had a drink.

It'd be good banter over a beer.

I can picture me and Bailey having the same old debates.

"There's no way that Joe chased Roy!"

"Then why did he call him out on the Tyson undercard!?"

*Club manager* "I'm f'in sick of this every week, you're both barred!"

    Ha!

Neither do I, and I feel the same if I've made someone look an idiot.

I often regret it the day after, and I edit the post.

But I love a challenging debate, when you have to back up your posts with links etc, like you do.

You're right, but have you ever read some of the YouTube comments from people?

    Unbelievable!

Racism doesn't even scratch the surface.

I've been truly shocked at some of the comments.

    I can envisage that happening.

Not true, but what difference would it have made anyway?

So, the IBF, WBC, and WBA aren't legitimate titles?
