I had to check the names of a couple of them on Google. The rest I know though. And there are loads of names I don't know too or would need reminding of.

I think Calissi + dragon power will prevail.

I would like to roast both Calissi and evil witch lannister and other evil witch (an actual witch) Melisandre. :D

Kovalev and Beterbiev spark out the entire HW division and then they meet for all the honours in as clash of the titans. :yep

    Serge,

Make sure you watch it mate, you won't be disappointed.

Yeah, both of his defence lawyers were great. The only thing I think they should have done differently, was to really try and influence the jury more. I think they put too much trust in them. Instead of just leaving them to ponder things, I think they should really have drove across just how illogical the so called evidence was.

Brendan being sent to prison was beyond ridiculous. I think Steven being sent to prison was ridiculous, but at least there was evidence, even if it looked for the whole world to see that it had to have been planted. But with Brendan there was nothing. Zero evidence. So all you had was a boy of low intelligence admitting he'd done it, then a boy of low intelligence retracting all of his previous statements. Anyone could see that he had learning difficulties. So surely when presented with his testimony, you'd have to focus on any evidence. And if they wasn't any, you'd have to find him not guilty. The people on the jury must have been crazy. But then again, there's always a possibility they could have influenced or even threatened.

Personally, I truly don't believe that either of them did it. It doesn't make sense to me. I think his other family members who'd gone hunting may know something. I'm not sure.

The only good thing to come out of it, is that it's garnered so much attention, there'll be lots more to come. During the last week, I've read that Steven Avery has a new lawyer, with new evidence to hand, and that the documentary makers have had the green light for a second season.

I'll reply to those posts later Loudon, either tomorrow or the day after. I'm very tired and off to bed shortly (been sleeping like **** for months now).

PS. I should've mentioned that The documentary series The Staircase is pretty gruesome, as in there's a lot of footage of the crime scene - a women at the bottom of the staircase covered in blood. There's blood all over the place and it's not pleasant. I didn't like seeing that myself but I enjoyed the documentary because it kept me guessing. It's one of those innocent or guilty docs like Making a Murderer, plenty of courtroom footage too :good

I was talking about this with my girlfriend earlier, you've just reminded me. I was going to ask you about it. Lots of people on reddit has been recommending it to all of the fans of Making a Murderer. I'll check it out along with The Jinx. Every time I mention that, I can't help but think of Michael Spinks. Ha!

Go and get some rest mate, I'll speak to you soon. Let's hope your cat let's you have a lie in. Ha! We've got two the same, but they've started to settle down.

Catch you later and thanks again.

    Yeah I will.

Obviously there was a lot of courtroom action we didn't get to see as well. I thought the defence did a good job overall.

It was scandalous. I felt really sorry for him, especially the bit when he said he wanted to get home to watch Wrestlemania. He was completely oblivious to how grave the situation was he in after what he'd just confessed to. It was really sad. He was of very low intelligence and there absolutely should've been a lawyer there with him.

I didn't either after watching it. However, I'm not so sure now given some of the things I've read about it since. My gut feeling all the way through was they were innocent, and I also felt that just from judging by their body language and demeanor. I still lean towards them being innocent, especially Dassey, but I have a few more doubts about it now. The cat thing is dodgy. I certainly don't trust the police though.

Yes the attention it's garnered is crazy. So many people have seen the series now.

That's great. I look forward to seeing that and hopefully this new evidence will shed new light on it. :good

Yes it's definitely worth a watch. Like Making a Murderer there are numerous twists and turns and it keeps you guessing.

    Thanks.

    No problem. :good
