Roy's chin wasn't that bad until AFTER the Ruiz fight (his legs were shot after that) Jones by stoppage IMO and I'm a big Haye fan
This fight is nowhere near as clear cut as you make it sound. We're talking about the Jones that beat Ruiz for starters..which wasn't the best Roy. And Roy was at his best at 168...that's 32lbs below where this fight takes place. Haye has massive power and it'll only take one shot to end it all. Hayes biggest vulnerability is his chin, and Roy in unlikely to carry his power up to CW. And to the fool who said Haye struggled with a lesser SMW in Thomson, that's perhaps the most ridiculous statement I've ever heard. By that analogy Haye will def KO Jones as a lesser puncher in Johnson did. Neither of those defeats were to prime versions of the fighters in question so why even bring it up!?!? I call it a 50/50 fight and to me it really depends on whether Jones can avoid a big shot. A lot of people are basing their pick on Jones beating a very average Ruiz who doesn't punch nearly as hard as Haye.
im clearly better off than you will ever be, you seem to have the anger problems mate and like to try and bully people through your computer only to ignore them when they fight back. you blame the brits for ruining this thread, not one bad word was said about anyone else and not once was nationality brought up... until you arrived you daranged idiot. Why would i kill myself over someone disagreeing with me, christ almighty i only said haye would ko rjj, you seem to be the one overeacting:hi:
What the hell has this got to do with anything!?!?! Nobody is comparing these 2 in all time great status...this fight is at CRUISERWEIGHT!!!! And it's not 1 division because Jones ATG ranking is mostly based on how good he was at MW and SMW, not LHW. On top of that you say one division like it's going up 8lbs...it's not. It's 25lbs - that's a big amount. Again I'd say it's 50/50 with me slightly favouring Roy...but your arguments aren't objective in the slightest!!!
i dont know about this one..depends what RJJ it was, if it was the same unbeatable one then he would be favoured but he wasnt as great at the heavier weights..plus haye is fast and heavy handed..
this fight is real close haye could ko jones but also jones could use his speed and make haye punch thin air but i just feel haye would land that one big shot and win by ko but he would be way behind on pts at the time oh and by the way if anyone disagrees with me thats fine DO NOT KILL YOURSELF
Haye's biggest claim to fame is running his mouth and wearing t-shirts. RJJ claim to fame is winning titles in four different weight classes and be the P4P king of the sport for a decade. Haye has NO chance versus a prime motivated RJJ. Jones Jr. tko9 Haye
