Both were murderous punchers, but with different styles. Defense were not they're strong points, so they were both hittable. I go back and forth on who would win this one.:think

Talk about a war. Both have good power and excellent chins, I'd probably favor Tszyu because of his overall skill, and boxing ability. Excellent fight!

Bro me two it was my first time watching and boy was that a robbery. I had Castillo up by two in the end. Poor guy its a shame how corrupt judges can be. About the Kotza fight well this is how it is: Castillo has a great chin and so does Tszyu but the difference is Castillo in his prime could go 12 rounds throwing 100Power Punches a round and Im sorry but Tszyu cannot last 12 rounds with El Temible this would be Ricky Hatton Vs Tszyu all over.

I think it is more likely a Castillo late TKO due to Tszyu's poor stamina and endurance and a UD aswell since Castillo was used to throwing 100+ power punches a round for 12 rounds. So tell me how did you come up with your prediction?

I think he means that one is from Mexico city and the other is from TJ and obviously Castillo is from Mexicali totally different buddy...

go with castillo by late ko or dec. would have been a great fight. think castillo's better chin gets him the win.

    :rofl

wow, what a great fight....but remember, castillo fought at a lower weight, but was ****en huge....
kotya's strenght was his right hand, which is a punch that castillo use to love to dip, and follow it with that killer left hook to the body....if a prime floyd couldn't really land that right, i dont see kostya landing it that often either.....

remember, castillo would always fight in a crouching position, taking away kostya's strenght, and inside, tszyu wasn't a great fighter, he was more of a sniper type of fighter looking to set up his right hand.....i can see castillo busting him up and taking a comfortable UD.....

loved castillo back in the day, strong chinned, hard puncher, come straight forward. its not for no reason that he gave mayweather such tough fights. he was that good

Can Castillo take the right hand?

He is a nightmare to Tszyu stylewise.......

right on boss. both with weak defense, but i think castillo's chin, power, and pressure would be too much for tszyu. i really admire tzsyu, esp for his patience, but at times he seemed too patient and jlc would make it a war for 12 rounds if it lasted that long. i might give an edge to tszyu in speed, but he also liked to go forward. maybe multiple knockdowns in this one? i'd give the slight edge to castillo in a SD or a late round tko, but i wouldn't bet on either one.
