Junior's prime was between 130-140. Zab was at his best at WW.

It's not like Judah was washed up when they faced off in 2006, the guy was 28 or 29 years old at the time. Everyone remembers him giving Floyd problems early on, but they manage to forget that FLoyd basically beat the hell out of him for the last 6 or 7 rounds in that fight. Had that freak incident not occured, it's quite possible FLoyd was about to stop him.

No version of Judah beats Mayweather. While Judah is very fast and does possess good power, he falls short in many different categories/attributes where FLoyd is clearly superior to him. I'm not going to break them all down, but I can promise you we're talking about 2 totally different class of fighters- a very good one in Judah and an ATG in Mayweather.

Exactly this. The only way Zab would ever win if they fought 100 times would be by a flash early knockout. Otherwise Floyd just makes adjustments, Zab wilts and it's a clear unanimous decision. Basically exactly what did happen in their fight.

I read someone describe Zab in his prime as one of the best ever five-round fighters but could never sustain that level long enough in a fight to take on and beat the very best.

Zab always faded and was mentally soft. Mayweather just a better fighter. Now de la Hoya prime for prime I think a case can be made for that he takes Mayweather. Judah always loses

When Zab fought Floyd he was in his absolute prime and it made no difference. All he could do was low blow Floyd until Uncle Roger snapped and went in the ring for Zab and Yoels no trainin' and coaching ass... Zab in his prime could do nothing but low blow Floyd that's it, and this thread is senseless next....

He was very dangerous early on and PBF said this later in an interview about the fight. That they knew Zab was a front runner and he would fall apart after 4 or 5 rounds.

I like the Zab who fought Cotto prior to the low blow.

Methinks Cotto low blowed Mosley to a victory too.
