i honestly think it would be a hell of a fight, jermain is really fast and has exceptional boxing skills. and jackson of course, is brute strength personified. who would win a fifteen round championship fight at super MW??

    You said it.

Taylor's boxing skills and speed might keep him in it for a while and he might rack up the rounds, sooner or later he's gonna gas, and you don't wanna be in the ring with no energy against Julian Jackson.

I think Taylor lacks the defense and ring generalship to rack up too many rounds against The Hawk, though his sheer athleticism would trouble him early on, probably throughout the first 3 or 4 rounds. I don't see him lasting too much longer than that once he gets a taste of Jackson's power, though.

Not to mention Taylor's footwork is pretty bad. He's not going to be sliding around the ring like Graham, picking his spots.

    Taylor would be stopped.
I do think he might be the suprise dark horse in the upcoming tournament as well as Direll. I just dont see these euro boxers matching up well against the two solid American fighters. The Froch fight was more of Taylor running out of gas not getting beaten soundly.

Jackson's chin and power are overrated.

Well, Taylor was very athletic, fairly fast hands, but so uncoordinated at times. Sloppy when throwing in combination, he might well back Jackson up but it's only gonna' take one shot.

Anywhere between round 1-8, Taylor just isn't that good, the Hopkins wins flatter him IMO.

Quite possibly the dumbest statement ever uttered on the classic forum.
