    I am assuming that you mean for this to take place at 140? In which case that would not really be a prime JCC as that would be SFW IMHO or some may say LW....Either way, I would favor an 89-92 JCC, to take control of a fight and take comfortable decision. 93-94(maybe 5) I would call a toss up, and would go towards Tszyu anytime from 96 onwards. I like Tszyu, I just don't think this would be his ideal match-up.

    Tszyu has no chance whatsoever against a prime Chavez. Chavez grinds him down and stops him late.
