Would like to agree with CST but I'm doubtful. Plus, the better way to do it is to assign win probabilities.
Wlad stops Parker, probably now, almost certainly at any other stage
    Wlad 90% of stopping Wilder
Wlad 50/50 against prime AJ. Both were not prime, and it could cut either way.
Wlad 30/70 loses to Fury, who I think was a bad matchup to Wlad with his length and awkwardness.

Vitali wins by similar chances as Wlad against Parker and Wilder.
Vitali 75/25 of beating Fury. Good matchup for him. He's willing to eat punches to land his own more than his brother. He's also got a better chin, better stamina and volume punching ability, and matches up size wise better than his brother.
Vitali 50/50 against AJ. Vits more open to power shots from very tall hws than his brother. He didn't have the one punch ko shot either. This is a tough matchup for Vit and I may be giving him better odds than I should because he's my favorite hw.

Wlad in his prime would have knocked all of them out.

About Vitaly i'am not sure i think he is overrated. He had only two "big" fights with Lewis and Byrd and in both he lost, of course in these fights he got damage but still he dosn't look like a dominator. And the main problem that Vitaly was a "cumulative puncher" and that work if his opponent was less or his was less skilled, or slower, and i think AJ would have knock Vitaly out, Fury would have won by decicion.
