Kostya Tszyu would be too strong for Tank Davis and would overwhelm him. Tszyu was also very capable against a Southpaw. KO8-10.
Tank has had a single fight at 140 where he went life and death with a weight-drained Mario Barrios, assuming there's no petty rehydration clause bs, Kostya sparks him what that beautiful right hand of his. As mentioned above, Kostya was a southpaw slayer, the only guy who springs to mind as being quite as effective against southpaws is Chavez. Tank is too inactive and doesn't take the initiative, he doesn't impose his will on an opponent, Kostya does and he does so brutally. Tszyu's already beaten one American hype job, he could certainly do it again.
