It's a really tricky one as fights like just happened I find make it actually harder to answer theoretical match-ups like this
Look up insanity in the dictionary, it best describes why fans refuse to accept the outcome, has nothing to do with age. No one twisted Kovolov's arm and told Sergey to be inactive. Adults are responsible for their own actions. With that being said, the result would be a win for Canelo. It depends who trained harder, who wants to win, who has the heart. A Champion dictates his own conditions for the fight, the location. A challenger does not dictate to the defending champion, unless the champion is a weakling, or a yes person with lack of backbone.
Are you under the impression that the Kov Canelo beat, was still 100% as good as he was in his prime?
I respectfully do, after his current win, fans do not have the capability to accept Kovolov's defeat, his condition is his own fault, booze and wild times are not something others force another adult to do. He did pack a punch, but really who did he beat?, old B-Hop. I have been a boxing fan since the first Ali vs Patterson fight in 1965. No fix in Kovolov vs Canelo, I do not believe in fairy tale theories. He just lost to a better man last Saturday.
Alvarez knocks him out. “Prime” Kovalev would still get pummeled harder considering he will be more confident and wide open for fast counters from Alvarez. He will be forced on the defensive yet again and taken out eventually.
Once you realize how boxing works, or how boxers bodies can change in just a few fights (Which you should be able to see with your own ****ing eyes ) hit me up. Until then.... Okey dokey flokey....
I know how boxing works, I have probably watched boxing longer than you have, I do not appreciate your profanity, I am adult enough to make a point, without using illiterate language towards others, too bad your favorite boxer lost, move on, your statements reflects your IQ and age,13
Is *** a profanity to you? Scary asterix'!! If you actually believe Kov was the same fighter who fought 3-4 years ago, then no. You sure as **** don't know. Yeah, you've been watching boxing longer than everyone you assume you have. gotta love message board 'cliche' posters...
Keep on with your excuses, what are you going to do?, go on crying over someone you have never even met, does he pay your rent?, so what he was not in his prime, he did agreed to the fight. Lack of coping skills. I don't care if he was not the same 3-4 years ago, who cares, he lost.
