You can always pick faults in anybody.Usyk struggled with Bellew and Chisora who are levels below Lennox.

Lewis getting kayoed by McCall and Rahman is hardly comparable to Usyk have underwhelming performances in fights he ended up winning clearly is it? Many people had him beating Chisora 9-3.

Have to go with Lennox in a close one. What a great matchup.

Unless you’re suggesting that Usyk would knock Lewis out, Usyk’s struggles against Chisora should be viewed as a concern - especially since Lewis has never lost a decision. The manner of Lewis’s defeats doesn’t reflect Usyk’s typical route to victory, particularly at heavyweight, where his power hasn’t been as evident. So, if you’re drawing this parallel, it actually highlights the challenge Usyk would face, i.e., outboxing a man who’s never been beaten on the scorecards.

Prime for Prime suggests both men on their best nights, Lewis on his best night wasn't complacent and getting himself knocked out like he did against Rahman or McCall.

Lewis was capable of capable of adjusting, whether keeping it long or turning it ugly he'd find a way. His body shots and his uppercut would be Usyks downfall. I do however think Usyk being southpaw would causes Lewis some moments of concern but I don't see him hurting Lewis.

The first fight was almost a shut out and the second one was closer, but still easy for Lewis. How the hell were they competetive?

Lewis recently commented on this fight and said Usyk is susceptible to the uppercut and that he threw a mean one

I favour Lewis 55/45 but Usyk has a tendency of finding a way to win

He beat everyone he faced. Undisputed heavyweight champion. I'll disagree

But I think Usyk would give him a good fight

Nothing's changed I still think prime Usyk UDs him. Prime Usyk is not 37-38 y/o Usyk but I get that we're supposed to pretend it is when it comes to these hypothetical match ups against greats of previous eras and of course we always pit him against prime versions of them not 37-38 y/o versions.

Sure we've not seen Usyk in with an ATG HW giant of Lewis' calibre but likewise we've never seen Lewis in with anyone anything like Usyk.

Holyfield is a great former CW but he wasn't a slick, elusive southpaw who would pose the kind of problems Usyk does to these giants. And we know that Usyk doesn't only bring elite skills, speed, slickness, and excellent movement and defence to the equation he also brings an iron chin, durability and a hell of an engine too.

I'd be majorly surprised if usyk beat Lewis, can't see it. He gets hit too often and will be eating huge uppercuts that will do more than making him back peddle

Fury isn't close to lewis and he had usyk in trouble and guessing during moments in their fight. This is a guy that lost to a debutant mma fighter

I see many judge lewis on his losses, but usyk has had competitive fights and been busted up by much lesser guys than lewis

If both guys are at their best? Lewis by knockout within 7 or 8

A much more stationary ''I won't leave you alone'' slower old Usyk getting hit by uppercuts from Belly does not mean a prime Usyk would be getting hit by Lewis' uppercuts.

This is the kind of crap I'm talking about

AJ has a really good uppercut but the weren't an issue against Usyk. Prime Usyk is not going to stand in front of Lewis and just let him hit him he would box smart and make it very difficult for Lewis to pin him down.

Usyk is obviously the much smaller man but let's just pretend like Lewis is some anomaly for a SHW sized HW who wouldn't have any issues dealing with the much smaller, faster and more mobile and elusive slick boxer Usyk. Hell, I bet Lewis is faster, slicker, and more elusive than Usyk too
