It is nice that you can admit this. Please show examples of your refutation and my switching. So because I was right that argument has two premises and you ignored one of them you are correct? Think about it. You have missed the point so completely now that I just can't believe it is anything but on purpose. One more time. A career fighting the very best of your era at heavywieght whilst never being hurt IS SHOWING IT. Buddy, this is not hard, this is easy. Why don't you check out the classic forum. I am Marciano's harshest critic, bar none. I didn't have him in my top 50 p4p. I didn't have him in my top 10 at HW up until very recently when he got to ten. I NEVER speak about Marciano in that forum without having to defend my harsh views on him, his competition and his skills. I'm literally harder on him than everybody else in the forum. Even in this small thing, you don't know what you are talking about. Now - which baseless myths do I beleive in?
Great answer "every post", brilliant. Should have been easy for you to produce evidence then. I see you haven't bothered. It is getting tiresome, not to mention ludicrous. My argument was that a three second knockdown combined with an immediate return to the pattern of the fight previous to the knockdown is a flash. I still have no idea what you are saying. Must be nice to throw these accusations without bothering to back ANY of them up without any evidence to back your bull****. Your slanderous posts rather remind me of your boxing ones! I thought that you couldn't embarrass yourself any more, but here is the icing on the cake.
I'm not sure what theujac considers a devastating puncher, but I'd certainly say Marciano fought very hard punchers and those who had skill to back it up. As for Walcott knocking Marciano down in the first round, it may have hurt him a little bit but he was up right away and continued the fight. He wasn't in trouble. Marciano if I remember right, said the punch didn't hurt but was just surprised by it. Keep in mind though, its the same punch Walcott used to knock down Louis a couple of times and also knocked Charles cold. Also Marciano took a nap before the fight as usual, but he wasn't woken up in time and slept too long. He was groggy and it can be seen from the start of the fight.
OK. They bang heads in the opening seconds. Don't quite know how Rocky gets up there but it happens. Draw.
Rex Layne was 6'1 200lb, how is that a great deal smaller than the rock? Also could you explain to me how a fighter who is 34-1(26 kos) rated # 2 by Ring Magazine is not world class?
