    Vitali ass whipping ?
Vitali was on borrowed Time in rounds 5 n 6. No way was he making it out another round from those upper cuts and clean right hand bombs. I think most posters on here just spew nonsense of how they wish history was written

Leonda's life and death the Zagreb grocer, yeah he wasn't able to cheat there as he did vs Vitali, hitting and holding his way to a lucky cut win.

Vitali had plenty of energy, the way he jumped up to protest the stoppage....while Lewis couldn't have looked more relieved that it was over.

You're the one with the revisionist history. Vitali was not hurt by Lennoxs best punches. To say he would've been stopped in the next round or two is moronic

    Lewis is better than Vitali.

He has the much better resume.

Well if the fight took place in between rounds you might have a point, but if you wanted the last 30 seconds of round 6 you'd see Vitali was hanging onto Lewis for dear life.

Have any of your ****ers actually watched the fight? Look at the last 30 seconds of round 6, Vitali was hit by an overhand right and was hanging on for dear life until the round ended. Watch the damn fight. And in case your strong point isn't counting, Vitali had three cuts on his face. One above the eye, one below the eye and his lip was split open. That's not the product of one lucky punch no matter how much spin VK fans try to put it.

You Leonda fans should look up the WBC rules regards hit and holds and and deliberate attempts to cause cuts with the inside of the glove. But Leonda knew he was winning no rematch as we all know, no boxer walks away from $50m unless he's scared. Unlike Vit, the Zagreb grocer had a decent referee to stop cheats and almost had Leonda's ass.

I've watched the fight multiple times. Vitali wasn't hurt. Lennox lewis was completely gassed out he wasn't finishing anyone in the next round or two, period

What was the need for a rematch?? A way overweight out of shape Lennox nearly took Vitalis face off TKO 6 on 10 days notice Imagine what he'd have done if he was in shape
