LOL. Maybe I shoulda just said Leonard Dorin. And Dorin was a good fighter at 135. At 140 he was just too small for Gatti.

And as much flack as I give Gatti, Kat has nowhere near the punching power that Gatti had.

Im not really sure who Dorin is but it didnt take a prime Casamayor to take out Katsidis so im gonna take a prime Dorin on this one.

If your not familar with Dorin. He was a short, squat come forward volume puncher who held a lightweight belt 6 years ago. He couldnt punch, but what he could do was maintain a tireless workrate, and throw nice crisp short combinations. He had above average handspeed. and a good chin. But he cut very easily. By rights he shoulda been a unified lightweight champ cause he was blatantly ROBBED vs Paul Spadafora, in what was a very good scrap between two pillow fisted guys.

He then moved up to 140 and fought Gatti. Arturo caught him a perfect hook to the body in the 2nd round and knocked him out. Dorin never fought again.

Overall, Dorin wasnt anything special, but he was good enough to give Kat a tough scrap. Maybe even win.

I think he woulda given Juan Diaz a tough fight as well.
