Leonards destroys him, this is an absolute no contest & what the **** can Mayweather do to keep Leonard of him..........ZIP:deal

Leonard would'nt **** around in this fight he'd jump Mayweather from the 1st ring a ding, he's want to make a vicious statement:yep

This 13th round tells you everything about Leonard & Mayweather is made for this sort of brutal wipeout.......

Leonard would cruise to an easy win over Floyd IMO. The main reason is his ATG hand speed, footwork & lateral movement. A fast mobile boxer is stylistic kryptonite to a slick counterpuncher like Floyd, and Leonard was one of the very best at that mobile style. It would be a bit like Jones vs Toney IMO.

To cap it off, Leonard is naturally the bigger man, the harder hitter with excellent power at welterweight, and has the better chin. He has all the advantages in this fight.

Leonard would whip Mayweather, make no mistake about it. But Pretty Boy would hang in there, possibly even until the final bell. I don't believe this would be the toughest fight of Leonard's career. A peak Duran and Hearn -- as welterweights -- were more challenging to Leonard than Pretty Boy could be.

Today's fans make too much of Pretty Boy. I believe he would have been even money, at best, against Wilfredo Benitez. Leonard, Duran, and Hearns would definitely have beaten Mayweather.

Hard to pick a winner, as these two are pretty evenly matched. No KO for sure, but I'll give the edge to Leonard.

    1. BS Leonard was getting outboxed and had to turn the fight with FMS into a brawl, which he did very well in but he was having problems with the style

'Leonard was being totally casual and gave him zero respect' Pathetic excuse, if Leonard was giving him zero respect he wouldn't be getting backed to the ropes. I honestly think you had only seen the end of the fight when you first commented

    2. Duran got schooled by Benitez and Laing very near his prime at the ages of 30/31, that all I need to know :hey

Leonard would win this but i think some of you are selling Mayweather short. He would keep it close at times, i think Ray pulls it out late in the fight, either by Ko or by clinching some big rounds.

This is one of the more balanced replies, for sure. I mean, which of the fighters that Leonard walked right through ever outclassed someone like the Mosley Mayweather beat.

You said he'd stop those 6 fighters in a total of 15rounds, thats an average of less than 3rounds per fighter that Leonard is supposed to stop them in

Vernon Forrest couldn't make a dent in Baldomir at 154 while throwing everything at him, you seen the size of his head, hes a WW Chuvalo.

Leonard isn't a massive 147lb puncher either 10 went the distance with him at the weight not including Benitez and Duran who should have. Journeymen went the distance with Ray too. No I don't think he necessarily stops Mosley or Baldomir, both were never stopped

1 thing I have noticed in his last 2 comeback fights is he uses his jab far more, he was almost exclusively jabbing against Marquez. This is a big departure in style. Is it because he isn't quick enough to land lead rights/hooks?
