I believe the Bowe of the first holyfield fight defeats any version of lewis

That's my opinion and I'm fully entitled to it

To my knowledge, nobody has said otherwise.

At least Lewis's prime was longer than one fight.

At least Bowe didn't get knocked out with one punch by a cherry pick TWICE

I was more of a Bowe fan, but being objective and honest, prime Lewis beats prime Bowe. Lewis had the tools to beat him - height, reach, speed, power, and footwork.

At least Lewis didn't block punches with his face.

And yet it was Bowe who when faced with an opportunity to fight Lewis, instead chose to dump the belt.

He couldn't he was on the floor being counted out

At least Bowe never got caught sneaking out of hotels with sol Campbell

Bowe was the one who threw the belt in the trash instead of facing Lewis.

Because lewis wanted more money then a mandatory challenger was entitled to

He knew if he held out the WBC would strip Bowe and award him the title but Bowe beat them to the punch

Also lewis dropped belts to avoid mando's TWICE and those were pretty easy mando's

Bowe had some of the worst defense I've ever seen in a HW. Lewis would have hurt him.

Yes, accept he didn't hold out, he later accepted the terms of the deal being offered, which were ridiculous to begin with. As for Lewis avoiding his mando's, look who Bowe fought instead of Lewis, and look how their careers turned out. Imagine if Bowe fought and beat Lewis, after also beating Holyfield, if that had occurred he wouldn't be an afterthought when these four (including Tyson) fighters are discussed, rather he might have been regarded as the best of the group.

Well we only have lewis to blame for that

No Bowe would have hurt lewis as he unlike lennox could actually take a punch
