- Did Lewis mum tell him to retire because of Vitali, and NOT because he was retiring age?
- OR did Lewis mum tell Lewis retire because he was aged 38, by which tmie 99% of HW champs had all retired so its the NORM for a champs mum to say 'son - retire please'?

Do I really have to explain this? It's obvious that Lewis used his mother telling him to retire as an excuse, but the truth is he didn't want the rematch. His bitterness over the Vitali fight showed when he turned up in the corner of Vitali's opponets giving advice on how to beat him, even though the only way he himself could beat him was on a cut technicality. When did I imply there was more than one reason for Lewis retiring?

Wlad stops Lewis in maximum 2-3 rounds. Basically the first right hand puts Lewis down.

Lewis has been hurt and knoccked out cold by absolute bums, and has never faced someone as big, strong, quick and accurate as Wlad.

lewis was very savvy and a solid technician, and even though wlad is clearly faster, lewis would get inside

You forgot to mention Lewis didn't have the boxing skills to match Vlad's one dimensional sighting style
