Loma fought welterweights in Lopez and Haney (granted Haney punches like a bantamweight)

Cotto could possibly stop Loma at 140.

Cotto by decision. Loma is smart and wise, he won't let himself get KO'd if the strength/power gap is wide enough, he won't go for broke. If so, it would be like the first half of Loma-Lopez for whole 12.

    Cotto by late stoppage.

Way too big and skilled for Loma.

Loma has struggled at 135 mostly because he's smaller than his opponents. Why would he fight at all at 140???
