I these guys had been in their primes at the same time and decided to fight each other at any weight fans want above 175 who would win?
I'll take the Hayemaker at heavy. Not sure at cruiser, but in a 3 fight series there, neither goes 3-0. At heavy Haye is simply a lot quicker. The Spinks legs were not so good by that point and when he fought a quick footed guy in Tyson he could not get out of the way. I think the mobility of Haye is a big factor as well as that left hook. A shoeshine flurry type fight and scores enough points for the win. Especially forcing the Spinks camp--which Butch Lewis would never sign---to fight in London. Spinks was never a road warrior and the crowd cheering for any little flurry by Haye makes the crowd go nuts. Decision bout all the way and a terrible fight to watch. Can you imagine how much posing and feinting from way too far out on the outside to even throw a punch there would be? These 2 would feint each other from like 8 feet apart.
