    I agree this prime pacman beat floyd even by KO if he can continuously land like mosely landed his bombs in round 2, however even though I voted pacman TKO/KO I wouldn't bet against a massive adjustment from Floyd to land a shut out after a scare as well but tbh pacman was a beast back then

    Mayweather has had a more consistent career. His lows have been higher than Pacquiao's lows, but at their very best Pacquiao wasn't just better than Mayweather... He was WAY better than Mayweather.

    it depends with the venue, blood testing, ref and judges, gloves and ring size.... in an even playing field, floyd might get ko'd. it's expected that he will decision pac due to his excellence in defense and single shot scoring but the probability of pac getting kd and ko is also very high. due to the mayweather's boxing experiences, they have a very good reason to defame pac and avoid him for so many years.
