but thats the thing, Mosley barely got touched.

he clinched and disrupted Margarito's rhythm then repeatedly landed big shots of his own. but i don't think Berto is experienced enough to execute that kind of gameplan. i see the pressure getting to him in the later rounds. or... he may just outwork him. who knows?

yes he does. Margarito would never lose to Josesito or Maidana, that's for sure.

 

I haven't watched too much of Berto except the Ortiz fight and a couple of others. Correct me if I'm wrong but he is not too apt at clinching. Mosley had a great night coupled with Margo weight and brick issues. It might have been the perfect storm that night.

 

Margo does not hit harder than Ortiz I think you are forgetting something about Margarito.

Berto gases after 6 rounds. Margarito would knock him out between rounds 7-12. Berto is not that skilled a fighter, he's just athletic.

 

trust me, he can clinch too. he once had a point deducted for excessive clinching. but overall he's an action fighter with speed and power. not great, but not bad.

 

No doubt, was it him that clinched the **** out of Urango, or was that Hatton or both?

I'm not sure Marg punches harder than Vic, but pretty sure Vic wouldn't see round 6 against him.

 

prime Tony would have been too much for berto.

 

But he is 100X the man ortiz will ever be and would be all over Berto for 12 rounds. We all know berto has horrible stamina.

 

Berto uses steroids and he still gases mid way thru a fight. He would get destroyed in the 2nd half of the fight.
