Margarito and his trainer knew the rules, Fresh Gauze when wrapping the hands, but instead he and his trainer used Old harden Knuckle pads under fresh wraps. why? when they knew it was a violation of the rules.

You have to ask yourself what was the purpose of using re-used old harden knuckle pad if not for the purpose of gaining an advantage. Why not use fresh gauze as the rules state.

The commission consider Margarito Actions as cheating and as result his trainer is banned from boxing because he took the full brunt of the BUS and margarito was suspended..

I think Margarito would be too big for Maidana, and would probably stop him with his body work, albeit late because Maidana is so tough.

With that said, I do think Margarito would be well off in today's division.
