Not really. Stiverne and Scott are up there with Golota and whomever else Grant beat. I think Stiverne would knock Golota out tbh.

The plan to make a thread comparing Grant and Wilder has backfired!

    Big Time!

Nah.... Golota, and Izon are better than anyone on Wilders resume. How does Stiverne knock Grant out? He gets soundly outboxed by the taller, and more athletic Grant. Stiverne isn't going to cause Grant problems with his lazy backfoot style... Oh and funny fact, Grant actually beat King in 2008

He may not have lost - yet - but Wilder has had some pretty embarrassing moments in the ring. Such as getting decked by the morbidly obese Dustin Nichols (go about 40 seconds in):

Or getting badly rocked and nearly stopped by professional loser Harold Sconiers. Curiously, the video on this has disappeared, but here is a picture of Wilder on the canvas (a position he will undoubtedly shortly become more familiar with):

And this occured against "opposition" FAR less formidable than Golota or Lewis. No, Wilder's performance thus far has shown that if he ever gets in with anyone remotely as good as Michael Grant, his obvious glass jaw will get shattered.

I think Wilder is better too. I'd compare him to Tommy Morrison.

I wouldn't be too quick to imply that Morrison was better than Grant.

Remind me where I said Stiverne would knock Grant out. He'd have at least a chance to, but I'd like you to point out where I said that.

Doesn't mean they're natural fighters. Maybe natural athletes but that's not the same thing.

    No, they are not.

Wilder probably has the worst resume of any WBC heavyweight champion ever, for someone who holds the most prestigious belt and is nearly 30 and has over 30 fights his level of competition is absolutely garbage. He has like 1 decent win for christ sake.

Wilder also is hiding a Glass Jaw, look at the fighters they keep putting him in with and their KO percentages, it's laughable. I mean look at his last 5 fights...Jason Gavern WTF was he doing fighting him a man with 15 losses TEN by KO. :rofl:rofl:rofl

Even with Grant's shaky chin, he sparks Wilder out early.

this ones easy...whoever lands the big shot first...although grant has been down and hurt on a higher level and came back to win(also lose).this would be a barn burner either way...\

maybe grant would come out and fight mr.wilder even now;)
