Nah, Stiverne is at least at the same level as Golota and would stop him if they fought. So Wilder has had better results at about the same level discounting the Lewis fight.

Look at the McCline fight: McCline had a worse right hand than Wilder but still got it in on Grant, no problem.

Wilder as of the last six months would be a favorite, assuming his career doesn't quickly spiral down the toilet.

It could go either way. I think Grant definitely had better overall skills and technique. But Wilder certainly has more power and greater athleticism.

    It's a pick'em fight.

The Bronze Bomber would bomb him out.

I would have loved to see The Bronze Bomber vs The Brown Bomber.

Now that would have been an amazing fight. Could go both ways.

Delusional, Stiverne is a decent win for Wilder (the only one he has) but there is no way he would stop Golota. Prime Golota had wins over Sanders and Witherspoon fighters much better than either Stiverne or Wilder.

Wilder fought nothing but stiffs for over five years, and then took on (very) carefully selected "name" opponents such as Fraudley "A-Farce" Harrison, who was glass jawed in his "prime" and thoroughly washed up by the time Wilder faced him. Then Sergei Lykhovich who was also washed up and had lost 4 of his previous 6 fights prior to facing Wilder. And then Malik Scott, a guy who padded his record for years before facing any kind of real opposition.

Yes, Wilder survived against an ailing Stiverne, who lost to Grant opponent Demetrice King. So ultimately, there is nothing in Wilder's highly mediocre record that suggests he would beat Grant, and much to suggest his fragile mandible would get shattered.

Because Grant didn't almost get knocked out in the first by Golota and then lose his next two fights early, during his prime '.

Wilder doesn't have a ounce of what Golota had.... The Foul Pole despite his antics, and meltdowns was LEVELS above Wilder in terms of skill.

In power? Wilder has only proved his power against tomato cans, and cab drivers... Golota hurt, and knocked out some good fighters.
