Prime Michaelczewski- Prime Calzaghe at 175?

    I'll take the Tiger by close decision, He was very strong at the weight and even tough Joe is more talented, he'll get outworked by the bigger and stronger man. I can't see any natural 168 punder besides Jones beating Dariusz at 175, he was a beast at that weight.
    By the way, I consider Calzaghe to be a better and greater fighter, pound for pound.

    I think it would be pretty close as well.
    Fact is that Dariusz wasn't knockoutable in his prime. And I don't see Joe getting caught too much by Dariusz' shots either.

    I don't know who'd win.

    Thinking of Michaelczewski inevitably makes me think of the night Nicky Piper got smacked around the ring by Dariuz. Piper just froze that night.

    How good was Michaelczewski? Did he beat any top ten P4P fighters? Did he get any gift decisions in Germany? I am not being sarcastic, but I did not follow his career that much.
